CLASS: Children Learning about Social Skills is a 10-week parent assisted children’s social skills training program for ages 6 to 14 years who experience difficulty making and keeping friends, communicating effectively, and understanding the social cues of others. The goal of the program is to help children become more accepted by their peers and be able to make one or two close friends. Parents attend separate concurrent sessions to learn how to aid and assist their child in being successful using their new skills. Session content materials are coordinated across groups so the parent class receives parallel information of the skills being taught in their child’s respective group.

Our 2016 session will begin on Wednesday, January 20th 5:30 pm to 7:00pm.
