Get to know us. Meet some of our key professionals.

Lonna J. Smith, R.N., Deborah Samson, R.N., and Marilyn Walker founded IHCC in 1994. Prior to starting IHCC, they all worked at EIRMC hospital in the quality assurance department in Idaho Falls. The decision to form IHCC was founded on the belief that they could provide a quality service to individuals with disabilities. Since then the company has grown to almost 200 dedicated professionals.
