Lonna J. Smith, R.N., Deborah Samson, R.N., and Marilyn Walker founded IHCC in 1994. Prior to starting IHCC, they all worked at EIRMC hospital in the quality assurance department in Idaho Falls. The decision to form IHCC was founded on the belief that they could provide a quality service to individuals with disabilities. Since then the company has grown to a multitude of professionals dedicated to improving the lives of people with developmental and mental health disabilities.
