I just want to thank “the powers that be” for offering the fabulous CLaSS program and (as we call it) Girls Only class that has been offered this summer.
CLaSS, under the direction of Dr. Kettle, Lisa Smith and Dustin Potter was so good for my girls as well as for me as their parent. I have been so impressed with the knowledge and application of skills by these amazing professionals in working with both the kids and the parents.
The Girls Only class that Dr. Kettle created has given my girls “permission” to blossom in a whole new way. They feel safe to discuss their challenges and questions, and the instruction they receive is valid because it is not coming from mom. (Amazing how that works!)
I just want to thank IHCC for offering such valuable skill-building experiences in such critically needed,but often overlooked, areas of life for our children on the autism spectrum.
Dr. Kettle and Lisa Smith are absolute gems in the Ieaho Falls community of special needs families. These resources are such a blessing to families like ours. Thank you!
