As coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be an extremely dynamic event, IHCC is actively monitoring the situation as we are committed to continuing to offer services. We have implemented a series of new protocols to minimize the impact on our employees, clients and community.

We are closely monitoring the CDC website and will be following their guidelines during the pandemic.

The following are some of the precautions we are currently taking.

We are disinfecting/sanitizing multiple times per day all of our office spaces, client meeting rooms, general gathering areas as well as door knobs, railings, handles, flat surfaces, etc.

All staff and visitors are being asked to wash their hands upon entering any of our facilities and regularly throughout the day.

We are training staff on the symptoms of Covid-19 and how to recognize them.

We are teaching clients and staff to not shake hands, maintain social distancing of at least six feet, cough into their elbow, not to touch their face, etc.

Employees that can do so are being encouraged to work from home.

All staff have been informed that they are to stay at home if they have symptoms of the virus, and to stay home until they meet their doctor’s criteria for returning to work, including self quarantine.

All participants are being encouraged to stay home as much as possible and IHCC staff will adhere to the 10 person recommendation in deciding where to take our participants.

All meetings have been postponed and will be held via telephone or online platforms instead.

Innovative Mental Health Services are expanding our ability to serve our clients with telehealth while COVID-19 precautions are in place.  See our Telehealth Page for further details and sign up information.

Targeted service coordinators at Innovative Health care will be available and ready to help their participants through this difficult time. They have been strongly advised to avoid all unnecessary face-to-face interactions. They will be increasing communication efforts by phone, email, and will be offering telehealth for mandatory face-to-face required interactions.
