Paige holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University – Idaho and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boise State University. Paige has worked with individuals of all ages in various mental health roles. Starting as a case manager, CBRS worker, and targeted care coordinator, she gained valuable insights into the complexities of mental health challenges and the importance of providing comprehensive support to individuals and families. Grounded in a strength-based biopsychosocial approach, Paige utilizes a range of therapeutic modalities, including mindfulness, CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing to tailor therapy to each client’s needs. With specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), she is dedicated to supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, providing a safe and nurturing environment for healing and resilience. Paige prioritizes creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where clients feel comfortable exploring their concerns and emotions. She strives to empower clients to tap into their inner strengths, overcome challenges, and embark on a journey of personal growth and self-discovery.
